Dennis Dirtworx was involved in the second, third, and fourth phases of this turnkey subdivision project, which encompassed earthworks, underground utilities, and final asphalt surfacing.
The team installed sanitary, stormwater, and potable water, along with 50 lot services. They moved 80,000 cubic meters of earth, undertook subgrade preparation, and completed 10,500 tons of granular material and 160mm of Type 1 and 2 asphalt.
This project was completed in the fall of 2019.
