Stafford Lake Project

This turnkey new subdivision earthworks project involved the excavation of 170,000 cubic meters of earth to construct a lakefront subdivision. A total of 3,325 lineal meters of potable and non-potable water mains were installed. 

The project also involved 20 lot service connections, subgrade preparation, 6,500 tonnes of granular materials, and 10,500 square meters of Type 1 asphalt. There was effective collaboration with Hasegawa Engineering and the owner’s representative. This project was completed in the fall of 2020.
